The situation of civil war in Mali between the government and Tuareg is getting worse lately and, for safety reasons, the authorities do not issue licenses to radio amateurs who may be targeted because of radio equipment. For this reason the Dxpedition is postponed until a later date. [IK7JWY Pilot]
