FT4TA, Tromelin, qrv 6 meters 30/Oct-10/Nov

Vincent, F4BKV, confirmed me FT4TA will be qrv on 6 meters from Tromelin. They will use a 5 elements LFA and 100 w rig for a beacon and they may use a power amplifier if conditions on 6 meters are open. 

QRG on 6 meters will be 50.105 MHz, both ssb or cw. Operation on 6 meters may begin on October 31st and last until November 10th.

A5, Bhutan, qrv 6 meters 26/9 - 1/10

Pekka, OH1TV will be joining OH2YY for the announced operation from Bhutan [425DXN 1215]. They will be QRV as either A52YY or A52O between 26 September and 1 October; planned activity with two stations on 40, 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10 metres  SSB  and  CW,  using multiband yagis and a dipole or vertical for 40m.  They  will  also have a 3-element yagi for 6 metres. ZD9ZS qrv 6 meters 7/9 - 4/10

Paul, ZS1S (ZD9ZS) and a well  known  British  operator  (ZD9  call TBA) will visit and be QRV from Tristan da Cunha  (AF-029)  between early September and early October. They will travel  on  the  South African Antarctic supply ship, the SA Agulhas II. The ship is scheduled to depart on September 4th, arriving Tristan da Cunha four or five days later depending on weather and sea conditions. (It will depart for Gough Island after a few days and return to Tristan da Cunha ready for the scheduled departure on 4th October). There may be an opportunity to operate /MM. A six meter propagation beacon, ZD9SIX will be installed during the time on the island. The finer details will be made known in the next two weeks. [DX World]

 

A25GF again QRV on 6 meters

 

Gert, ZS6AYU, will be visiting Botswana again and will be QRV on 6M only as A25GF from KH22od beaming North. He hope to be on the air from 1300z until around 1900z on 50.097 CW on 1, 2 and 3 Sep 2014. Will QAP and call CQ from time to time just in case there is a band opening.
