Finally, TEP with South America arrived here yesterday. I worked on 6m :

Heard also LU5FF and some more PYs with weak signals and heavy flutter. 

Latitude 41 North seems the border as i did not see anyone more to the north working SA, and EA5, EA6 and some southern EA3 were working LUs at s9. You know, some Kilometers makes a big difference...

Solar Cycle is improving as it arrives to it's maximum, so conditions should be better as we move to it, this is last chart published at NOAA web:
