EU-078 qrv 6 meters 30/8 - 2/9

 

Gabriel, EA3AKA and Manel, EA3EGB will be  active  as  EF3EGB  from the Medas Islands (EU-078) from 30 August to 2 September. They  plan to operate SSB, CW and RTTY on the HF bands and 6 metres  with  two stations. QSL via EA3EGB. [TNX rsgbiota.org] [tnx 425 DX News #1164]

BY zone 23 qrv 6 meters 19-28 October

CAMSAT (AMSAT China) will hold "a big DX party" from the  outskirts of the city  of  Dunhuang  in  northwestern  China  (Zone  23,  WWL NM79aw) on 19-28 October. Alan, BA1DU and a  very  large  group  of operators coming from all over the  country  will  be  active  with four well equipped stations: one for 2 and 6  metres,  one  for  70 centimetres and two for  160-10  metres.  Meteor  Scatter  and  EME activity will be emphasized (this  will  include  participation  in the ARRL EME Contest), as well activity on the low  bands.  Special callsign BJ9TA will be used for operating above 50 MHz and  on  the low bands, while BY9GA/9 will be used for the other bands  and  for participation in the CQ WW SSB Contest. V6, Micronesia, QRV 6 m 4-16/September

3B8, Mauritius, qrv 6 m 18-28/September

G0TSM will be qrv as 3B8/G0TSM from Mauritius between September 18-28, 2013. He hopes to be QRV for 2 to 3 hours per day using an IC-7000, simple wire antennas on 40M to 10M and a 2 ele quad on 6M. Modes will be SSB, CW and RTTY. [tnx DX World]

LAOS, XW, qrv 6 meters until 14/sept.

 

Champ, E21EIC will be active as XW0YJY during the Worked All Europe CW Contest as a Single-Op/All-Band/Low-Power entry. Outside of the contest, Champ will try 6 meters some days around 50.112 MHz.  He is expected to be QRV until September 14 on on 160-2 meters.  QSL via E21EIC and LoTW.
