worked 3B8CF and FR5DN today on 6 meters

This month is the best of this cycle so far, with the band open every day from south Europe to Africa and South America. Some LP openings have occurred from EA7 and CT to JA/BY/HL, we are waiting for them here in north Spain...

Today I have worked 3B8CF and FR5DN for two new DXCC countries on 6 meters, Now I'm 205 worked (with 2 deleted). 

 

Western Sahara ham activity

SARIO - Saguiet al Hamra y Rio de Oro, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded to support the refugees people from the Western Sahara and to promote training and communications proyects between living areas of the Western Sahara and with foreign countries. One of the main functions, is to promote the HAM's activities and other stations, who wanted to stablish their stations across the country in other "wilayas" (province), and mantining the SØRASD's HAM Club's place.

I have exchanged mails with Naama, S01A, and he will be this week there. He will do some radio with militar equipment as there are no ham radio available. As an antenna he will use a dipole. They need support with any material or funds to start again ham activity. He will try 6 meters if equipment has it.

Z3/PA3FPQ qrv 6 meters 21-26/May

Operators: Chris PA2CHR, Jurgen PE1LWT and Johan PA3FPQ will be qrv from Macedonia. From 21 till 26 may 2014 they will be operating from KN11BS in Macedonia. QRG will be announced later.

Aruba, P4, qrv 6 m 13-18 March

KH8/W7GJ QRV 6 m 13-21 July

Lance, W7GJ will be active as KH8/W7GJ from Tutuila (OC-045), American Samoa on 13-28 July. This will be mainly a 6m EME operation, with activity expected to concentrate on 13-21 July.  "In order to provide sufficient advance planning for stations wishing to contact me while I am in American Samoa, I am providing plenty of advance notice of this DXpedition. Socios del Italian Dx-pedition Team, liderado por I2YSB/Silvano, ha anunciado una expedición que tendrá lugar hasta el 17 de marzo en Siavonga, al norte del lago Karika Zambia con el indicativo 9J2T . El equipo estará compuesto por IK2CIO/ Vinicio; IK2CKR/Angelo; IK2DIA/Marcello; IK2HKT/Stefano; I1HJT/Alfeo, ; y JA3USA/Mac, I2YSB/Silvano.
